The Home & Family host is expecting her first child with husband Jon Falcone, E! News confirms.
"Debbie is ecstatic over the news of her pregnancy!" Matenopoulos' rep said in a statement on Friday. "She can't wait be a mother and share all the beautiful Greek traditions that she grew up with in her home with her own family. This has been a dream come true and she is beyond excited for the next chapter of her life."
According to People, the couple began dating two years ago after meeting through mutual friends. They eloped in Greece and do not know the sex of their baby.
This is Matenopoulos' second marriage; she was previously married to music exec Jay Faires for five years.
In addition to impending motherhood, Matenopoulos is gearing up for the release of her upcoming cookbook It's All Greek to Me: Transform Your Health the Mediterranean Way With My Family's Century-Old Recipes and making her return to The View.
"I'm so excited and honored to go back to where it all began and share in Barbara [Walters'] last show with all of the other co-hosts," the 39-year-old told E! News exclusively earlier this week. "Barbara is an icon and a living legend and changed the game for women in journalism."
She continued: "Because she was a trailblazer in this business, it has allowed us opportunities that would have never been possible before. There will never be another Barbara Walters. It is truly the end of an era."
