Miley Cyrus is unfortunately staying put in the hospital.

The 21-year-old pop star, who suffered an "absolutely horrible reaction" to medication earlier this week, gave her Twitter followers a brief update on Friday morning.

"Sick of waking up to needles #goingthruit," the "Adore You" singer tweeted about her condition. She also added "#floydfriday," referring to her beloved dog Floyd, who passed away earlier this month.

The songbird's hospitalization, which has forced Cyrus to cancel multiple shows on her Bangerz tour, also took to Twitter on Thursday to clear up all the lingering rumors and slamming the various false reports.

"So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans. Please read official," she wrote before tweeting, "shut the f--k up & let me heal. stop scaring my family, friends, & fans. OFFICIAL STATEMENT."

According to the venues, Cryus' next shows —Nashville on Friday and Louisville on Saturday—are postponed with makeup dates set in August.

"Over the hospital," Cyrus tweeted early Thursday morning along with an Instagram pic of her in bed. "I miss #bangerztour #5amhospyselfie so sleeeeepy #medztime #wishicouldcuddlefloyd #whojinxedme."

She later wrote, "Can't quit crying i wanna go back on tour. im meant to be onstage performing for y'all.... not laying in a hospital bed."
