Brooklyn Decker currently stars in CBS' Friends With Better Lives, but before that, she was known for her appearances in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and her work with Victoria's Secret. So why did the 27-year-old blond beauty decide to switch from modeling to acting fulltime?

"I wasn't great when I was modeling, so I kind of left the second I could," she explained during a Thursday appearance on E!'s Chelsea Lately. Decker said she often struggled to look "elegant and elongated" and had a terrible strut. "I never walked a runway because I was too klutzy. I could never get through a runway casting. I mean, I couldn't walk!" Host Chelsea Handler asked her guest, "Did you ever fall?" Decker answered, "I never even got a chance to walk the runway. They didn't hire me!"

Decker does much better under pressure these days, which is a good thing since Friends With Better Lives is taped in front of a live studio audience. Even so, she said it's "very scary" to being on set.

"It's terrifying because if you mess up on sitcom, they ring the bell, they stop the audience, they stop everything. It becomes this very awkward 'you-f--ked-up-the-line' moment, and so the best thing to do is just to cuss," the Just Go With It star explained. "And so I screwed up a line and I was likes, 'S--tballs!' And I didn't even mean to do it, and I swear it got a bigger laugh than any joke could possibly get."
