As the royals make their way around Down Under, several fans are getting the, well, royal treatment.

That's because Kate Middleton and Prince William have been gracious enough to take time out to pose for selfies with fans, who are naturally showing up everywhere they go.

And from the smiles on their faces, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge clearly don't seem to mind.

In the shot above, taken earlier this week while still in New Zealand, Kate happily serves up an infectious grin while a teenage boy snaps a pic. She even gives another youngster a high-five!

Meanwhile, soon after arriving in Australia on Wednesday, Kate and William headed to the Sydney Opera House.

There, the future king of England himself got in on the selfie action with 52-year-old Nina Kiwarkis, who was also lucky enough to get a shot with Kate.

"It wasn't a surprise they stopped, but it was a lovely experience," Kiwarkis told The Telegraph. "They heard me shouting to them to keep St. Vincent's Heart and Lung Unit in their prayers. Prince William wanted to know about the unit here in Sydney and the work it did, so I explained it to him. I told him and Kate how I myself am waiting for a heart and lung transplant."

She added, "They seemed very interested and were a lovely couple. It was a very special day."
