Frazer Harrison/Getty ImagesTamra Barney (who now goes by Tamra Judge) has faced a lot of allegations during her days on Real Housewives of Orange County, but chances are none of them were quite as painful as the latest comments made by her ex-husband.
The reality star released a statement on Instagram slamming Simon Barney's claims made in recent court documents, where he says Tamra has been a negligent mother.
"I am very sadden by my ex husband attempt to publicly hurt me with false allegations. Why does he understand he is hurting our children," Tamra wrote on the Instagram post.
"My heart is broken and one day he will see the pain he has caused everyone. I love my children with all my heart and wouldn ever do anything to hurt them. Please God help me understand. I sit here crying trying my hardest to keep my mouth shut, but I'm only human. Thank you for the support xoxo."
In the documents filed March 28 and obtained by RadarOnline, Simon alleges that "especially in recent times, Tamra has been very neglectful in her care for the children. This has resulted in the children not getting prompt medical care, nutritional meals, hygienic care, and deterioration in their school work and attendance."
The former couple has shared custody of their three children since their nasty divorce in 2010, but following the recent allegations, Simon is now seeking full custody.
