When you work in a military hospital (or any hospital, for that matter), you don't want to kill many things. But this rapping staff sergeant-orthopedic specialist absolutely KILLS his rendition of "The Cast Rules Jingle."

The unnamed military doc seems to have perfected this routine, because in this video his coworkers seemed more excited to hear the rap then his young patient does. It goes a little something like this: "Rules to follow about your cast/ Rules to follow to make the cast last/ Don't get the cast wet, don't stick nothin' in it/ ‘Cause if you did, you're the one who has to deal with it."

Our favorite bit? "Don't come to me, because I told you the rules/ But you can come back if your phalanges turn blue." Yeah, this doctor is officially cooler than your doctor. Our doctor too. Ugh, our doctor always scats our medical instructions along a swinging jazz beat. Who boopy doo boo boo boo bah bah boo buh buh wants that?
