Welcome to Instagram, Joe Biden!

The vice president of the United States joined the photo sharing site on Wednesday, and surprisingly enough, Biden is quite the Instagram pro. #Seriously.

In the pic, Biden is seated at his desk mulling over a bit of paper work (presumably in the White House) and the fancy angle of the photo highlights his trendy Ray Ban aviator shades.

"Vice President Biden's getting ready to head to Pennsylvania with President Obama this afternoon, where he'll lay out steps we can take to train America's workers with the skills they need for good middle-class jobs. Follow @VP for the latest from the Vice President, and the occasional aviators pic," reads the caption on the photo where Biden's image is blurred in the background in order to give his shades ultimate exposure.

The photo, which was posted just two hours ago, currently has over 2,000 likes and we must agree with one user who commented, "Such a boss," as well as another who wrote, "we better get a #SelfieWithBarack."

Dare we say the only thing missing from this shot is a #nofilter hashtag? Nice work, Mr. Biden.

The veep isn't the only famous face to recently join social media—Robert Downey Jr. is the latest celeb to join Twitter.

"Talk to me, Twitter," he wrote after setting up his account with a self-assured bio reading, "You know who I am."
