"Khloé adores him," a source exclusively tells E! News. "She keeps telling everyone what a great guy he is."
However, despite her increasing closeness to the rapper over the past few weeks, those close to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star "think it's a rebound," the source says.
Khloé and French, both 29, certainly seem to enjoy spending time together.
They've been nearly inseparable lately—hitting Sean "Diddy" Combs' son's birthday party together, grabbing a meal with Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, watching the Lakers game at Philippe Chow restaurant and even enjoying a dinner date Crustacean restaurant Monday night. Still, a source tells E! News, "no one thinks this will last."
This doesn't mean keep hoping for a Khloé and Lamar Odom reconciliation, though. "That is done, finished," says a source close to Khloé. "She would never."
As for Lamar, whose future in professional basketball remains up in the air? He sees things very differently, telling with In Touch Weekly, "I want to make it work with Khloé...I'm focusing on getting better."
And while a source tells E! News, "Khloé checks in with Lamar to see how he's doing," it seems that the couple formerly known as Khlomar becoming amicable exes is the best we can hope for.
As for Khloé and French? Only time will tell!
