Have these two decided to smooth things over, crocodile Celine bag and all?!

Johnny Weir has laid down the law if he and husband Victor Voronov have any chance at reconciliation and his terms are, well, interesting to say the least.

The 29-year-old figure skater, who is currently in the midst of a bitter divorce from his ex, wrote a five-page postnup in which he details his rules for reconciliation in documents obtained by TMZ.

The document lists a number of inappropriate actions, banning:

• sex outside the marriage
• oral sex outside the marriage
• kissing or making out
• sexting
• aggressive flirting
• mutual masturbation
• social media/grindr/dating

Additionally, TMZ reports that the contract can be vetoed if either party comes "in close range or contact with someone from our past or someone to be part of the future."

Both men are also required to undergo joint STD testing every six months, and the results are to be read with Weir and Voronov in the room.

However, it seems that their latest attempt at rekindling their romance has been unsuccessful as Victor's rep, tells E! News, "They are not back together."

"Despite the best intentions of Victor, it has come to his attention that Johnny has an agenda that is not consistent with a marriage that includes trust," the rep added. "Sadly, the divorce will proceed as scheduled. "

The Olympic figure skater turned fashion icon and broadcast darling revealed on March 19 that he and Voronov have split up after two years of marriage.

"It is with great sadness that I announce that my husband and I are no longer together. My heart hurts, and I wish him well," Weir tweeted.

Voronov also released the following statement via his rep and crisis manager, Wendy Feldman. "My client is shocked by the abrupt ending of his marriage and is dealing with the trauma he endured during the marriage, including multiple things he's just now becoming aware of."

The pair's divorce is still pending. Their next court hearing is set for June 3.
