Reporters, take note: Andrew Garfield does not like talking about girlfriend Emma Stone.

Less than a week after the Amazing Spider-Man 2 star snapped at a member of the media who mentioned his costar and real-life girlfriend at the film's London premiere—telling the reporter that his "personal life is not public property"—the 30-year-old thesp hammered his point home while speaking with the U.K.'s Guardian, providing an expletive-filled response when Emma's name was mentioned.

"What can I say? How about: 'F--k off you f--king…'" Garfield jokingly told the reporter when asked why he adores the redheaded beauty. "No, I'm able to talk about her, but I want to protect something that I respect in my life."

The notoriously private pair met on the set of the Amazing Spider-Man and have been together for three years, but with the exception of adorable outings and red carpet appearances, the two have kept the details of their relationship private.

"I don't feel the need to speak publicly about my private life. And on a professional level, I don't want people watching me on screen to know about my dirty laundry," he explained before adding, "It's not that interesting anyway."

We beg to differ, considering these two are too cute.

So what does Stone admire in her hunky man?

"What I like about Andrew is his passion," the Help star tells the Guardian. "He is completely able to transform and he looks at every facet of the character that he is playing. It looks like it might be a potentially exhausting process, but he is so invigorated by it. He is the most prepared actor I ever worked with. He leaves no stone unturned."

The two were most recently seen showing off a rare public display of affection while strolling through Disney Studios at Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, France, over the weekend and they were later photographed enjoying a romantic sightseeing tour of Rome.

And while the pregnancy buzz has yet to begin with these two lovebirds, Garfield did open up about his future dreams of fatherhood.

"Fatherhood is a scary thing because as soon as you've done it you've messed up the kid," he admitted. "You're only human and you'll be projecting your own s--t on them and putting your own expectations on them and treating them as though they're a part of you rather than a separate entity.

"I am absolutely fascinated by fatherhood, though, and have been for a long time," he added. "I intend to be the perfect father. I'm sure I'll fail miserably."
