May 23 can't come fast enough!
At Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, Ellen Page introduced an exclusive from X-Men: Days of Future Past, where a handful of mutants encounter the future Sentinels in the opening battle scene of the movie.
Page reprises her role as Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat, Daniel Cudmore returns as Peter Rasputin/Colossus and Shawn Ashmore is back as Bobby Drake/Iceman. Newcomers Fan Bingbing (Blink), Adan Canto (Sunspot) and Omar Sy (Bishop) also give fans an extended first look at their characters in action.
The all-star cast also includes Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Peter Dinklage, James McAvoy, Evan Peters, Halley Berry, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Booboo Stewart, Lucas Till, Josh Helman and Evan Jonigkeit. Anna Paquin filmed scenes as Rogue, but they were ultimately cut.
Bryan Singer's mutant movie hits theaters next month. The next X-Men film, Apocalypse, is slated for a May 27, 2016 release.
