Looks like someone's trying to give Kim Kardashian a run for her money in the booty department.

Chris Meloni, in a shameless plug for his new show, has taken to Twitter to brag about...his butt.

The 53-year-old star of the new sitcom Surviving Jack has been tweeting up a storm in an attempt to rally viewers and opted to use his backside in an effort to entice all of his social media followers to tune in while coining the hashtag #BestButtInPrimetime.

To which we say: quite the creative pic frame, Chris.

The thesp's new gig on the Fox sitcom is a welcome addition to his acting resumé after taking on more serious roles on both Law and Order: Special Victim's Unit and Oz

"It's very refreshing to wake up every day and go, ‘I'm going to try and have some laughs today. I'm going to try and play,'" Meloni told E! News of Surviving Jack, which premiered on March 27. "You carry with you if you spend the day beating someone up or whatever, as opposed to enjoying and messing around. You carry these things with you a little bit."

Meloni plays Jack Dunlevy, a no-nonsense dad who uses his military training to keep his kids in line, who also brings the laughs with hilarious one-liners such as "I'm on dumb-dumb patrol."

As for what attracted Meloni to the character?

"I thought it was refreshing. I enjoyed the uncompromisedness of his viewpoints," he told BuzzFeed. "I enjoyed the maturity of his relationship with his wife. I enjoyed that it was actually a guy, a parent, who had control of the household, as opposed to that dopey parent thinking they've got control but really the kids rule the roost. Which, I don't know. It's fine. But it's been done."

Surviving Jack airs Thursday at 9:00 p.m. on Fox. Tune in to see the #BestButtInPrimetime (side note: Meloni may want to brag about his arms, too).
