Just because Malin Akerman is seen with a hottie actor that doesn't mean they're dating.
Case in point? The Trophy Wife stunner was spotted having dinner with Colin Egglesfield about a week ago at a sushi restaurant in Beverly Hills.
After sharing a meal, Akerman, 35, got behind the wheel and gave Egglesfield, 41, a lift.
"He's a friend of mine," Akerman told E! News last night at the launch of Zooey Deschanel's new capsule collection for Tommy Hilfiger. "Yeah, I have friends who are guys! He's so sweet [and] lovely."
Akerman and her musician husband Roberto Zincone split late last year after six years of marriage. Zincone filed for divorce in November. He cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce and asked the court to award him visitation of their then seven-month-old baby boy Sebastian but gave up physical custody to Akerman.
Sebastian will turn one year old on April 16. "I don't have a birthday party planned yet because I am going to be out of town next week and I'm taking him with me," Akerman said.
As for a gift? Akerman said that she may let Sebastian have his first bite of cake—so cute!
