Is that you, Tom Petty?

Jimmy Fallon almost had us fooled on The Tonight Show Wednesday evening when he stepped into the shoes of the 63-year-old musician for a performance with legendary rocker Stevie Nicks

After an introduction from Nirvana's Dave Grohl and Krist Noveselic, the twosome recreate the music video from Tom Petty and the Heartbreaker's 1981 hit "Stop Draggin' Around My Heart," which features both Petty and Nicks and Fallon pulls off a pretty spot-on impersonation of the "Free Falling" crooner.

Wearing a blond wig and a signature Tom Petty-esque blazer, the funnyman rocks out Petty-style as Nicks sings the famous lyrics in her typical animated fashion.

The spoof is a faithful homage to the music video, although we must say Fallon's blond wig is quite hilarious.

All in all, we have to admit the 39-year-old comedian pulls off a mean Tom Petty impression while the mock music video has us doing a double take.
