There's no hiccup in Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding plans.

Despite reports claiming the couple's forthcoming nuptials have come to a "halt," a Kardashian source tells E! News there's no truth to the latest round of Kimye rumors, adding that the reports are "completely false."

Radar Online first reported that the lovebird's marriage plan is in "crisis," due to fact that French law requires a 40-day residency prior to any wedding.

But fans of the couple can rest assured as the couple is continuing to plan their Parisian I-do's, although they will have to take the French law into account if they plan on obtaining a marriage license overseas.

According to the French Embassy, "All marriages must be performed by a French civil authority before any religious ceremony takes place. The mayor can authorize the deputy mayor or a city councilor to perform the ceremony in the town in which one of the parties to be married has resided for at least 40 days preceding the marriage. These requirements can not be waived."

Kim most recently told Ryan Seacrest that she and Yeezy are planning a "super, super-small intimate" wedding. "As we are going along, we realize we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking," the brunette beauty said.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also said that she and the 36-year-old rapper, who have yet to set an official date, are both involved in the preparations for the big day. "There's certain things I'm like, 'I know you're going to hate the seating chart, so I'll take care of this,'" she revealed, "and then there's some things that are really important to him. [But] the seating chart is like death."

The mother of one most recently made headlines following her super-sexy bikini photo shoot in Thailand, during which she put her famous booty on full display.

Meanwhile, 'Ye's been busy bragging about his soon-to-be wife on Future's new track titled, "I Won," in which both men boast about their lady loves.
