New faces. New places. Same amazingly ridiculous concept.
Watch out, TV lovers, because the sequel that you've been impatiently waiting for is almost here. Sharknado 2: The Second One will be spinning onto our small screens on July 30 and it's bringing even more outrageous cameos and hilariously awful moments. The only difference? This time, the shark-filled tornado will be attacking the mean streets of New York City.
So why the big move? "If we stayed in Los Angeles, it would've been boring, but we went to New York and we have a whole new set of tinker toys," executive producer and director Anthony C. Ferrante revealed Tuesday morning at NBCUniversal's Summer Press Day.
