On this week's The Fabulist, hosts Kristin Cavallari and Orly Shani were joined by celebrity stylist Brad Goreski and designer Angela Simmons (who also happens to be Rev Run's daughter).

The first trend is only for the brave few who are willing to bare it all—that's right, naked yoga! Even though celebs like Michelle Rodriguez are fans, our panelists weren't swayed. Brad said, "When I go to a yoga class, I want to focus on my inner peace—not your outer piece."

Next up, artwork-inspired fashions have invaded the runways and taken on a whole new dimension. Angela modeled a gorgeous jacket that was designed by Brooklyn artist Ron Bass, and everyone agreed that this is the perfect statement-making trend.

It's time for a throwback moment because ugly sandals (anyone remember those multicolored jellies from the '90s?) are back! The trend wasn't high on our panelists' list, although Brad did come up with the idea that flat sandals could be worn under red carpet gowns for comfort and safety (we're talking to you, Jennifer Lawrence.)

It's time to get shady with supersized sunglasses—as seen on Nicole Richie, Nicole Kidman and Maggie Gyllenhaal, this trend is proof that bigger is better. Just keep in mind that you want to get the right fit for your face and keep it Instagram-friendly.

The next trend is the epitome of nerd chic: book clutches. Our panel had one piece of advice to offer if you plan on partaking in this trend: make sure that you've read the book that you're carrying around. Being a bookworm has never looked so good!

Other trends that were covered included dramatic collars for neckline flair and athletic chic clothing.

And the number one trend for this week is iridescent fabrics! It's the perfect way to give your wardrobe a little glisten with an ever-changing multicolored look. It's perfect for the person who is committed to fashion but just can't make up their mind.
