PHONING IT IN: The Rolling Stones becoming the first musical act to use a new technology called Listen Live Now, which allows fans to dial a toll-free number and listen to a concert in real time for $1.99 per seven minutes. Or you could just have your buddy call you from the concert and hold up his cell phone--whatever works.

FEUD FOR THOUGHT: Owen Wilson responding to Steely Dan's claim that the movie You, Me and Dupree was based on the band's Grammy-winning song, "Cousin Dupree," claiming he had "never heard the song" and did not "even know who this gentleman, Mr. Steely Dan, is." "I hope this helps to clear things up and I can get back to concentrating on my new movie, Hey 19," the actor joked.

OVERSERVED: Mel Gibson arrested for allegedly driving under the influence early Friday and released on $5,000 bail. Apparently someone may have gotten too passionate with the punch.

BIRTHDAY SUIT: It's Harry Potter as you've never seen him before. Daniel Radcliffe stripping it all off for his London stage debut in Equus, in which he'll play a troubled stable boy who rides his horse naked in one scene. That invisibility cloak could come in handy.

RATHER GO NAKED: Heather Mills McCartney claiming she made Paris Hilton cry and vow to give up fur after showing the heiress a DVD that featured cats and dogs being skinned alive for their pelts. If that's what her DVD collection consists of, we can see why Paul McCartney's getting a divorce.

LORD OF THE COURT: Riverdance star Michael Flatley winning a court ruling Thursday allowing him to go forward with a $100 million extortion and defamation suit against a woman who claimed he had raped her.

SPLITSVILLE: Maura Tierney filing for divorce from Billy Morrissette, her husband of 13 years. Apparently her marriage was unable to be resuscitated.

BAD NEWS: Production on CBS' upcoming legal drama Shark shut down after the sudden death of star James Woods' younger brother, Michael Jeffrey Woods, on Wednesday, per the Hollywood Reporter.
