Then we took back that claim once we saw the pitch perfect white Zuhair Murad stunner she stepped out in for Berlin. And now the Fault in Our Stars actress has turned us into liars again with this Donna Karan Atelier magic.
It may be time to stop with the grand statements and just call this starlet the red carpet's hottest new icon.
Once again it's the simplicity of this scarlet column that really makes the style sing. The focus is on the wide open neckline and delicate straps that give this fit beauty such a gorgeous, strong shape. The flowing fabric hugs her in all the right places, but it's the clean lines and pop of color that really grabs the eye.
So far we've seen this box office beauty stun in solid blue, black, white, fuscia and now red. We're kind of hoping a rich yellow or gold is next, but it looks like Shailene and her team have things pretty under control.
