Lupita Nyong'o is coming back to Hollywood.

I can exclusively reveal that Nyong'o will make her first trip to L.A. since winning an Oscar, to present at the GLAAD Media Awards on April 12. (FYI: The gala's co-chairs include yours truly.)

E!'s own Ross Mathews is confirmed to host the ceremony. Johnny Galecki, Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany and Jordan Gavaris have also signed up to present as has Fashion Police's Kelly Osbourne.

Jennifer Lopez will receive this year's Vanguard Award and Orange Is the New Black's Laverne Cox will be presented with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award by Ellen Page.

GLAAD also announced that Manny de Guerre, the founder and director of the Side by Side LGBT Film Festival in St. Petersburg, Russia, will receive the inaugural International Advocate for Change Award.

The 25th annual GLAAD Media Awards take place April 12 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. Celebrity DJ Tracy Young will provide the tunes at after-party.
