Rachel Frederickson hasn't kept all the weight off—and she feels great about it.

The winner of the 15th season of The Biggest Loser, who shocked both the show's entire cast and everyone watching at home with her drastic 155-pound slimdown, revealed in a recent interview that she has since gained about 20 pounds.

But she does not regret the big response to her big reveal.

"It started a discussion about body image. That's huge," she says in the latest issue of Us Weekly, referring to all of the concern over her seemingly way-too-thin figure at the time.

Since then, "I've gone up about 20 pounds," Frederickson says. "I think I'm at my perfect weight."

That would put the 24-year-old at a sound 125 pounds. She weighed for the final time on The Biggest Loser at a gaunt 105, prompting immediate backlash that both she and the show were celebrating an unhealthy approach to weight loss.

As for how she got there, she explains, "I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like Soul Cycle. I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

We Oreo fans would agree.

Frederickson also posted on Facebook: "Navigating maintenance mode is a journey in itself! Can be daunting... but I'm just focusing on being the best me I can be everyday!!"

During an appearance on Today on Feb. 26, she already looked healthier as she marveled over all the attention her transformation received.

"I did work so hard for the finale and for finding myself again," she recalled to Savannah Guthrie. "I felt amazing on the stage. I felt like I shined in my dress. I got off the stage and Twitter was all abuzz. There was just so much chatter about it."

"I'm in maintenance mode, which is just as hard as losing the weight, I think," she added. "It's a big balance."
