Mila Kunis and her baby bump are preparing to return to the red carpet.

The mama-to-be is expected to appear at the MTV Movie Awards on April 13 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, where she will present her Jupiter Ascending costar Channing Tatum with the third annual MTV Trailblazer Award.

This event will mark Kunis' second appearance since E! News exclusively revealed that the Black Swan beauty is expecting her first child with fiancé Ashton Kutcher—her first public appearance being a red carpet event for CinemaCon in Las Vegas where she covered up her baby bump.

Here's hoping she shows off her belly when she takes the stage to present the trophy to her pal!

Just last week, E! News revealed that the former That '70s Show costars are not only engaged but are also expecting a baby together.

The Friends With Benefits star was even recently spotted attending a prenatal yoga class in Hollywood.

She has also been photographed with her growing baby bump out and about in Los Angeles and was most recently seen shopping in Beverly Hills.

And she's been getting in some quality time with her hubby-to-be, as the twosome jetted off to Iowa over the weekend to visit Kutcher's family (they have since returned to L.A.).

As for Mila's pregnancy diet?

E! News has learned that the brunette beauty's been noshing on Mexican food, enjoying lunch last week at Casa Vega in Los Angeles. She and a girlfriend shared guacamole, a fajita salad and fish tacos, and a source said she was "very friendly" at the restaurant.

Kunis and Kutcher have been dating for the about two years. The erstwhile costars-turned-couple were first romantically linked in April 2012.

The notoriously private lovebirds, who took quite some time before they went public with their romance, also appear to be taking their time with their wedding planning as well.

Despite rumors that they're rushing to the altar with a low-key ceremony and reception this month, a source insists to E! News that the rumors are "not true."
