That's precisely what Rachael Ray asked the Vice President of the United States of America during his guest appearance on her daytime talk show.
"I have to ask you: You have the most glowing, perfect skin of any person I've ever seen," she told him while giggling.
"I really want to know what moisturizer you use. I love moisturizers! My husband is a moisturizer, as well. Would you tell me what moisturizer you use?"
And while we're fairly certain it's 90 percent genes (that's our highly scientific hypothesis, anyway), Biden spilled the beans on his skincare routine.
"Well, on Jill's instructions about five years ago, she said I should use Clinique, and there's a men's Clinique that has an SPF 20. She was worried about my face, so I do whatever Jill tells me."
No words, you guys. No words.
"That's a smart man, because you look great!" Ray exclaimed.
As if he hadn't completely won you over just yet, Biden also dished to Ray about his unwavering devotion to his wife of 36 years.
"Everybody knows that I love Jill more than she loves me, it's true," he shared.
"I'll tell you the honest-to-God truth, I asked Jill to marry me five times. Literally five times. And the fifth time I said to Jill, 'My Irish pride has gotten a hold of me, so this is the last time I'm going to ask you. You don't have to tell me when you'll marry me, just if you'll marry me.' And she said, 'Yes!'"
