It's been an emotional season for Leah Messer as the Teen Mom 2 star learned her four-year-old daughter Aliannah has congenital muscular dystrophy, a very rare and incurable disease. Throughout the MTV hit's current season, we've seen Leah and her family learn more about Ali's heartbreaking diagnosis, including the the fact that she will need a wheelchair.
And in an exclusive sneak peek at tonight's episode, Leah gets emotional watching Ali in a wheelchair while playing with her sister, Grace.

Leah, who is married Jeremy Calvert, talked about Ali's condition in an interview with InTouch, saying, "We were scared because we didn't know what her future was going to look like, but we always pushed for answers. We never gave up, and we never will. We'll do everything we can to make sure Ali has the life that she needs."
MTV recently announced that the 90-minute season finale of Teen Mom 2 will air before the 2014 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, April 13, at 7 p.m.
Teen Mom 2 airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
