The expectant parents dropped by the Two and a Half Men star's hometown of Cedar Rapids, where they spent quality time with relatives and enjoyed a Sunday brunch at Granite City Food & Beverage.
An eyewitness tells E! News that the two came in with Ashton's younger siblings and his twin brother.
"Whenever Ashton is home he comes into the restaurant, but people generally leave him alone," the source added.
Both Mila and Ashton "seemed very happy and relaxed."
Mila ordered an egg white omelet and sipped on both a coffee and orange juice during the morning meal.
The future husband and wife were seen making their way through an Iowa airport on Saturday afternoon.
The brunette beauty was seen dressed in a pair of distressed boyfriend jeans, black ankle boots and a black coat, and shielded her face with a pair of oversize black sunglasses.
Kunis clutched Kutcher's hand as they walked through the terminal and met up with their driver.
Less than 24 hours later, the couple was spotted back in Los Angeles at LAX airport.
Both were wearing almost identical outfits from the day prior, with the exception of Kutcher's sweatshirt.
E! News was the first to report that the two were engaged and expecting their first child together.
Last month, Kunis flaunted her gorgeous diamond ring while sitting courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers game with her beau.
