Ryan Seacrest isn't surprised about some of the outcry over Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Vogue cover.
"Anything that's important is usually subject to a little bit of backlash," Seacrest, whose Ryan Seacrest Productions produces the Keeping Up With the Kardashians franchise at E!, told me at the MOCA Gala Presented by Louis Vuitton. "It was a great shot and they looked beautiful inside."
Vogue shocked fans of the magazine when it revealed that Kimye was gracing the cover of the April issue.
"I thought was very cool," Seacrest said of learning about the cover.
Up next for Seacrest and the Kardashians is Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons, a new series launching in the fall that follow Kourtney and Khloé as they relocate their Dash store in NYC and open its first pop-up in the Hamptons.
"I think there will be endless opportunity for fun and some good stories in the Hamptons," Seacrest said.
We cannot wait.
Seacrest wasn't the only one gushing over the Vogue cover at MOCA.
"I think it's cool," power stylist Rachel Zoe said. "I do. I think it's awesome. I like both of them."
"I think it shows you the marriage of pop culture and fashion [has] completely meta-ed at this point," she added.
