All denim, all the time. That's the new approach that fashion is taking to the old "Canadian Tuxedo." The trend got a bad reputation in the '90s when Jay Leno was caught wearing a matching jean shirt and pants that resembled a onesie.

Since then the look has taken a drastic 180! Denim on denim has recently exploded on the street style scene and has been spotted at Fashion Weeks ranging from New York to Milan.

While some people may still be hesitant to dress head-to-toe in one look, we'll show you how to do it right and where to buy the look for less!

Sure, London model Victoria Sekrier knows how to strike a pose, but it's what she is wearing underneath her faux purple fur jacket that makes this outfit so fantastic!

Here she rocks a vintage pair of Levi's overalls layered on top of a slightly darker chambray shirt, complete with artwork-inspired heels and an Angela Jackson bag. Denim doesn't overpower this look because of the jacket, but even without the bold fur, the look comes across as very chic and sophisticated.

GUESS recently released their update to the denim overall look with their latest collection available here.

Kate Mara: gorgeous actress and denim fiend. The House of Cards star snaps a shot before stepping into the Louis Vuitton show during Paris Fashion Week, but it's what she's wearing that is turning heads!

The crew-neck denim dress paired with a matching denim jacket allows her to look casually glamorous. Here she takes a fashion risk by playing with two separate denim pieces that are the exact same color and fabric, tying together perfectly with her snakeskin-inspired heels.

Clearly Kate can do no wrong, but this is a look that is easily accessible for anyone. Check out one of our favorite Bella Dahl denim dresses here.

This model is rocking 50 shades of blue and looks totally hot while doing it! Boyfriend jeans are everywhere right now, and when accessorized with a sexy, slinky heel they look even better.

Here she pairs holey pants with a slightly lighter chambray shirt, coupled with a navy trench coat and a dark blue scarf. The great thing about all of these pieces is that whether they are worn together or separately, these are closet staples that are sure to get a ton of wear in your everyday life.

On top of being #FabulistApproved, this outfit is totally affordable! The entire outfit is available now at J.Crew.

A long-sleeved denim dress, denim vest and black loafers. We say yes to all of this! While making a smoothie run in Los Angeles, Jaime King pulls off one of our favorite denim on denim styles to date.

The denim vest is another piece that we can't live without this season! Pair it with a tank, long-sleeved shirt, crop top—anything! It instantly gives off a street style vibe that looks effortlessly put together.

We are loving this vest from Anthropologie and this one from Rag & Bone.

This look is everything. Simple as that, Alessandra Ambrosio perfectly executes denim on denim without looking ridiculous.

Let's break it down: the loose-fitting top is a light chambray with a deep V-cut neckline. We found a great Bella Dahl match here

She tucks the shirt into a pair of darker skinny jeans and caps the outfit with a brown bootie. The look is boho yet she's walking out of the Chanel boutique in Beverly Hills.

In short: It's the best of both worlds and the ideal outfit to wear while out on the town!

South Korean actress Lee Da-Hae rocked the ever-popular high-waisted, fringed denim short when departing the Seoul airport. This look paired with an oversized jean jacket is a music festival staple for this season. No, but really—if you're going to Ultra, Coachella, Firefly or any other event this year, a denim short is a total must-have.

A lightweight denim jacket is also a nice way to fight off the chill when the sun goes down after a long day in the sun. You can find both items from Nasty Gal here.
