Zac Efron didn't let his downtown brawl get in the way of work.

As E! News reported yesterday Efron was at the Hollywood Improv on Sunday night with some friends and now we can confirm he went back to work on Tuesday.

Efron shot a promotional video for ESPN for his new much-buzzed about comedy Neighbors with co-star Seth Rogen and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

And now I've learned he's shooting another promo today.

And then there's the MTV Movie Awards—yes, Efron will be there on April 13. He is up for best shirtless performance for That Awkward Moment.

In a photo that ESPN tweeted from the Neighbors shoot, there are no visible signs of an injury on Efron's face.

"Fun shoot with @AaronRodgers12 @ZacEfron @SethRogen," ESPN posted along with the pic. "Watch #espn mid April to see their spot. #NeighborsMovie."

Efron was allegedly punched in the mouth by a homeless man early Sunday morning during an altercation in downtown Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department told E! News that officers were flagged down by a nearby person at 2:25 a.m. Sunday to Temple Street and the 110 Freeway. There was a physical altercation between two men and a couple of transients in the area. Authorities, however, would not identify Efron or anyone involved. A tow truck was dispatched to the area.

Neighbors, a raunchy comedy about a young couple (Rogen and Rose Byrne) with a new baby who discover they're living next to a hard-partying fraternity (Efron plays the often-shirtless frat president), is set for release on May 9.
