"I think that can be said with a definite capital 'Yes,'" Christine McVie told Carson Daly about her return to the group on Today.
The British keyboardist and singer quit the Grammy Award-winning band in 1988 to lead a quiet life in the English countryside. She hadn't performed with the band since 1998 until she joined her former group onstage in London last fall to sing their showstopper "Don't Stop."
"Walking out in London was sensational," the 70-year-old said.
McVie, who co-wrote some of Fleetwood Mac's biggest hits including "Little Lies," "Say You Love Me" and of course, "Don't Stop," will re-join bandmates Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood on their tour, On with the Show, this fall. They will also perform on Today Oct. 9.
