Watch: Anne Hathaway "Lucky" to Have Straight Hair

There have been quite a few articles written about the public dislike of Anne Hathaway (The New York Times, The New Yorker and CNN have all covered the subject) but the Oscar winner doesn't care. In fact, she even joked that people can feel free to hate on her for one more reason: her hair.

When E! News complimented her coiff at the premiere of Rio 2, the Roksanda Ilincic-clad star revealed that she is just "lucky" to have straight hair that only benefits from Miami's famous humidity. Then quickly realizing her confession might be taken as a humblebrag by some Hathahaters, she quipped: "Everybody hate me, it's fine, I'm used to it!"

To be fair, it also helps that the actress is still modeling a very short crop, which is styled by one of the world's best hair pros Adir Abergel. But yes, her frizz-free fortune is something we all dream to achieve.

And while many women might also be envious of her glamorous life—which includes traveling the world—she says there is one thing she wishes she could still do without being photographed.
