Sharon Stone should've trusted her instincts and worn a bra underneath her sheer shirt.

The 56-year-old actress inadvertently flashed her headlights while leaving dinner at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood Sunday; E! News has blurred the NSFW photos. Stone, who also rocked a cross and leather pants, seemed unaware that her nipples had become visible after the cameras started clicking.

On Oprah Prime's March 16 episode, Stone spoke about growing older in Hollywood. "First of all, I don't think ageless beauty exists," the actress said. "I think it's just a catch phrase. And so I think that's absurd."

"We have to have internal health and internal wellness," she added. "And I think that's physical health, mental health, spiritual health. You know, I think it's a sense of ethics. It's everything. If you want to keep yourself together, it's all things."

Stone has been candid about struggling with self-esteem as she aged, recently telling Shape, "There was a point in my 40s where I went into the bathroom with a bottle of wine, looked the door and said, 'I'm not coming out until I can totally accept the way I look right now."

"And I examined my face in the magnifying mirror, and I looked at my body, and I cried and cried and cried," said Stone, who became a sex symbol after Basic Instinct. "Then I said to myself, 'You're going to get old now. How do you want to do that?' And I thought, 'I'd like to age like a dancer.' I want to keep my body in shape like that. I want to do the work. I like to dance and stretch. And I like going to the gym."

In addition to regular workouts, Stone has revamped her diet.

"I like porterhouse steak, rib-eyes and New York strip. This works for me because I have very low cholesterol and low blood pressure. It's not good for everyone; you have to talk to your doctor about that. I also eat fish and cheese," she explained. "I like clean food prepared as simply as possible."

"I used to love wine, but I don't drink at all now," the Lovelace star told the magazine in its March 2014 issue. "I think, at a certain point, it's better for women not to have any alcohol because it can make your face, breasts and midsection get very bloated."
