We have to admit…we've missed seeing January Jones on the red carpet. She's our version of eye candy. Obviously we would have loved it if the Mad Men star went full-on Marilyn Monroe with this look at the "Rebel with a Cause Gala" by adding some hot roller waves, but that could have been borderline Halloween.

What's not to love about a thick winged eye, classic matte red lips and bold brows? Absolute perfection. And that alabaster skin!! We're swooning. Okay, we'll stop now.

Ms. Jones' tresses looked freshly messed and were casually thrown over to one side. We loved how the beachy texture transformed her cute bob into a sexy ‘do.

Get the Look: After prepping skin with a primer, apply a long-lasting buildable foundation like Eve Lom Radiance Lift Foundation SPF 15 with a foundation brush. Use concealer on dark circles and to cover up any redness and/or blemishes.

To get January's subtly flushed cheeks, gently tap on a sheer vibrant pink cream blush like Topshop Blush in Afternoon Tea to the apples of your cheeks. Blend in a circular motion, pulling upwards towards your temples.

Next, prep your upper eye area with concealer or primer and then cover the entire area with a matte cream eye shadow. Then, using black liquid eyeliner like Hard Candy Walk the Line Eye Liner, line your upper lash linemaking the line thicker as you get towards the outer corner.

Once you get to the outer corner, flick the brush upwards towards the outer corner of your eyebrow to create the wing. Complete your eye makeup by applying two to three coats of your favorite mascara.

To copy January's bold brows, use a brow pencil like Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz to fill in brows using tiny strokes. Draw hair-size lines in the direction that your eyebrow hairs grow for a more natural look, then blend upwards with a brow brush. Tip: Ensure that brows stay in place by spraying hairspray on a disposable mascara wand and lightly brushing brows upwards.

Complete this retro look by applying a long-lasting matte lipstick in a warm red shade, like Bite Beauty High Pigment Pencil in Pomegranate.

We hope that since Mad Men is premiering in a few weeks, we will be seeing more and more of January on the red carpet. If the blond stunner were to ask, "Beauty Police, what could I do to perfect this look?", after making fools of ourselves over how gorgeous she is and how much we love her vibe, we might casually drop the hint that perhaps a little brightening concealer under her eyes wouldn't hurt. We're so Betty Draper in that we'll always find something to nitpick.
