In case you missed the news earlier this week, Kate Gosselin and her eight kids are making their triumphant return to TV screens and will be featured in a one-hour special in June.

The reality star gushed to Us Weekly that twins Cara and Mady and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel are "very excited" to be back in front of the cameras.

"They cheered like crazy," the 38-year-old revealed to the magazine." It was like I announced that it's Christmas tomorrow. Our crew walked in and it was like they had never left."

According to the DWTS alum, it sounds like the kids had no problem adjusting back to filming.

TLC announced on Tuesday that it will be airing a one-hour special in June that will get fans of Gosselin and her brood "up to speed on what's changed in the family" since the network last visited the famous family over two years ago.

"With the twins now 13, and the sextuplets about to turn 10, Cara, Mady, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel join their mother in this update about their life as a family today," a TLC press release read.

The release added that, throughout the special, we'll learn "what's changed in the family, how the kids have grown, what their interests are now, and what the latest is on Kate's life and career."

No word if Kate's ex Jon Gosselin will partake, but given their tumultuous relationship, it seems highly doubtful.
