The brunette beauty was recently named the face of Proactiv, the acne-fighting skincare line, after seeing incredible results from using the products in her personal life.
"When I was 16, I moved from Japan to Oklahoma...and I had this horrible outbreak and I never had acne before. On my skin, on my forehead, it was covered in acne and I didn't know what to do," the star told People Style Watch of her skincare struggle as a teenager.
It was then that Munn was first introduced to Proactiv by her cousin, and it totally turned her life around for the better.
"I used it and within like a week all of it was gone," she recalled.
Fast forward to her adult life, when the Deliver Us From Evil actress experience another outbreak while filming, and was desperate for a solution.
Munn tried acupuncture, pills and even steroid injections before returning to the tried-and-true product line that banished her pimples for good, upon the recommendation of her agent.
"I guess he had noticed my pimples. Within two weeks, it was completely cleared up and I haven't had a breakout again," she said enthusiastically.
Say no more, Olivia.
One glance at her glowing skin and bright smile these days, and we're completely convinced that Proactiv is pretty powerful stuff.
