Leighton Meester has finally hit the Great White Way!

The brunette beauty made her Broadway debut on Wednesday during the first preview performance of the latest stage adaptation of John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men.

The former Gossip Girl actress was all smiles as she took her curtain call alongside costars James Franco and Chris O'Dowd.

Of Mice and Men centers on two migrant field workers, George (Franco) and Lennie (O'Dowd), who form an unlikely friendship while trying to find work in Central California during the Great Depression.

Meester plays the character known simply as Curley's Wife, the beautiful yet lonely spouse of the ranch boss.

Directed by Tony winner Anna D. Shapiro, the play's opening night is scheduled for April 16. The limited engagement will continue through July 27.

It's certainly been quite a year so far for Meester.

After all, in mid-February, E! News confirmed that the 27-year-old tied the knot with Adam Brody in a top secret ceremony. However, the notoriously private pair managed to keep the news of their I-dos under wraps for some time.

After word of the nuptials broke, a source exclusively told us that "Leighton and Adam got married in Northern California by the ocean a couple of weeks ago," adding that, "It was a very small and intimate wedding with close family and friends. It was beautiful."
