Anna Kendrick to Make Saturday Night Live Hosting Debut in April; Seth Rogen to Follow

Pitch Perfect star is one of three new hosts for upcoming spring shows

Anna Kendrick will make her Saturday Night Live hosting debut on Saturday, April 5. It's sure to be aca-mazing. Along for the ride with Kendrick is Grammy winner Pharrell Williams.

Let's take a second and bask in the awesomeness of this news.

Before the two hit the stage, Louis C.K. returns to SNL for his second time hosting on Saturday, March 29. The Emmy nominee's FX comedy, Louie, returns on May 5. He'll be joined by musical guest Sam Smith. This is Smith's first time on the SNL stage. His first studio album, In the Lonely Hour, drops June 17.

Kendrick's hosting turn follows on April 5. An Oscar nominee for Up in the Air, Kendrick recently signed on for Pitch Perfect 2 and can next be seen in Happy Christmas due out summer 2014.

Following Kendrick's turn on the SNL stage is Seth Rogen. Rogen will make his third hosting appearance in Studio 8H on Saturday, April 12. Ed Sheeran will make his SNL debut alongside Rogen. Next up for the This Is the End veteran is Neighbors, opposite Zac Efron and Rose Byrne due out in theaters May 9.

Other SNL season 39 hosts include Tina Fey, Kerry Washington, Jimmy Fallon, Melissa McCarthy, Miley Cyrus and Paul Rudd.
