Maggie Q's barely-there dress isn't the only thing worth talking about this morning. She's coming back to TV!

The Nikita star has been cast in a key role in Kevin Williamson's untitled CBS drama pilot.

The Nikita star will play Detective Beth Davis, an "opinionated and obsessive" workaholic. The character, who is the division captain of LAPD's Threat Assessment Unit, is also described as guarded. Frankly, we're just happy at the thought of having more butt-kicking Maggie Q on our screens.

The pilot, described as a psychological thriller, follows the detectives of the Threat Assessment Unit. The CBS drama's cast so far includes American Horror Story's Dylan McDermott and Devious Maids veteran Mariana Klaveno.

Williamson will serve as executive producer and writer on the pilot. Liz Friedlander is directing the Outerbanks Entertainment/Warner Bros. Television production.

Maggie Q shot to fame as the title character on The CW's Nikita. The show ran for four seasons. She can next be seen in the Divergent film trilogy, Conspiracy on Jekyll Island and is attached to star in the miniseries Red Flag. Her other credits include Rush Hour 2, Mission Impossible III and Live Free or Die Hard. She also provided the voice of Wonder Woman on Cartoon Network's Young Justice cartoon.
