Game on!

During an appearance on Tuesday's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Lena Dunham found herself battling it out with the show's host during a round of Pyramid.

The Girls creator was paired up with Hannibal star Hugh Dancy, while Jimmy Fallon was partnered with QuestLove.

Dunham and Dancy got off to a strong start by way of the Home Alone category, which focused on '90s movies.

When it was their turn, Fallon and QuestLove took a stab at the more challenging category Not Quite Rhyme Time, centering on words that don't rhyme with anything. Needless to say, the duo humorously stumbled quite a bit.

The game then came back to Dunham and Dancy, who found continued success with the In Queso Emergency category, featuring words and phrases with the word cheese in them.

But all was not lost for Fallon and QuestLove. Down by six, the two came back strong with the rather self-explanatory category, Hole Foods.

So, who won? Watch the clip to find out!

Earlier in the show, Dunham and Fallon sat and talked about how they both worked at video stores when they were younger, as well as their obsession with Reese Witherspoon's first flick, 1991's The Man in the Moon.

"It's literally my favorite movie," said Dunham.

To which Fallon replied, "The best movie I've ever seen."
