The showstopper frock, featuring a 61 for Ford's birth year and the word Molly crossed out, made its debut at the Fall 2014 London Fashion Week show.
Bey showed off her enviable curves in the sizzling orange number, nude fishnet stockings and black lace-up booties. The "XO" crooner wore her long wavy honey locks down and finished the sultry look with a pale pink lip.
Following the performance, the multiple Grammy winner also posted a short Instagram video of herself dancing onstage in the designer duds.
Bey's outfit was inspired by Hov's black and white jersey T-shirt with lyrical references to his smash hit tune. He first wore the shirt during his Magna Carta world tour.
