If you've been losing sleep wondering how Kate Gosselin and her eight kids are doing, well, you can now get some shut-eye.

TLC announced on Tuesday that it will be airing a one-hour special in June that will get fans of the reality TV star and her clan "up to speed on what's changed in the family" since the network last visited the Gosselin group over two years ago.

"With the twins now 13, and the sextuplets about to turn 10, Cara, Mady, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel join their mother in this update about their life as a family today," a TLC press release read.

The release added that, throughout the special, we'll learn "what's changed in the family, how the kids have grown, what their interests are now, and what the latest is on Kate's life and career."

What's more, the hour will "take a look back at some of the most memorable and poignant family moments from the past several years, and will highlight what the day-to-day routine has been for Kate and the kids since we last saw them."

There was no mention, however, if Jon Gosselin will in any way be featured in the special.

Of course, given the bitter back and forth between him and Kate since their divorce, it wouldn't exactly come as too much of a surprise if he is omitted.
