Glee's 100th episode airs tonight, with the return of two of the show's best guest stars of all time: Gwyneth Paltrow and Kristin Chenoweth! We've seen the episode and can tell you: It is not to be missed.
But what happens after the landmark two-part episode? Spoiler alert (that you'd have to be living under a rock not to have heard): The show's entire storyline is moving to NYC.
It's time for a major transition for the Fox hit, as Glee says goodbye to not only the choir room, but it's original setting of McKinley High School—Slushees and all—and prepares for its final episodes of season five, and the very last season this fall. Gleeks everywhere, naturally, are wondering which cast members will—or won't—be sticking around until the very end.
Here's what we know:
Naya Rivera (Santana) will be missing for few episodes, but according to sources, she'll be back, and the writers are currently plotting out "major story arcs" for her, in NYC.
And beyond that? Well, we can also tell you that at least one actor who has been a series since season the very beginning isn't expected to stay a regular for season six. This character is graduating from McKinley High, soon, and will be seen from time to time, but no longer as a full-time cast member.
We hit the Glee set as the cast and creators celebrated the show's 100th episode to ask some of our favorite Glee stars if they will be staying on the show til the very end—and it's pretty obvious who has one foot out the door. You might be surprised to hear what some of them had to say about their future on the show! (*Ahem*Matthew*Morrison*Ahem*!)
