Surprise! Savannah Guthrie and Mike Feldman tied the knot over the weekend near her hometown of Tucson, Ariz., the anchor revealed on Today. "It just exceeded every expectation," the bride said.

But that's not all— Guthrie is four months pregnant! "We're so happy. Baby's coming late summer," she said, noting that some of the show's viewers users had been speculating on Twitter that had been looking a little fuller. "I don't take offense," the newlywed said with a smile. "They were right."

So how was the hush-hush ceremony?

"It was beautiful. Just everything I could have dreamed," said Guthrie, whose brother, Camron, walked her down the aisle. "We just wanted to have this private moment. It was a small wedding. We just wanted that moment with our close friends and family to basically drop a big bomb on them."

Guthrie's Today family attended the sunset nuptials, including Matt Lauer, Al Roker, Hoda Kotb and Willie Geist. "It was beautiful; just everything I could have dreamed," the 42-year-old said of her wedding ceremony.

"We set the wedding date, I bought my dress, and then I found out," Guthrie said of the lace A-line belted gown she wore before learning she was expecting her first child. "So I did a little praying."

"I feel great, and actually I'm so happy to tell the world," she added. "Because I can't suck in this gut anymore."

After the big reveal on Monday's Today, Feldman tweeted, "Our hearts (and twitter feeds) are overflowing with joy. Thanks for all of the good wishes from me and @SavannahGuthrie."

Guthrie got engaged in May when Feldman popped the question in Turks and Caicos. The TV journalist and the Glover Park Group founding partner and managing director have been together since 2009. They plan to honeymoon in April.
