InstagramLorde and Ellie Goulding are having a lovefest!
The 17-year-old "Royals" singer shared a super-cute Instagram pic earlier this week after her concert at Roseland Ballroom. Post-show, Lorde met up with her BFF in NYC to spend some quality time together.
In the photo, Goulding plants a big kiss on the Grammy winner's check as the two sit on a couch together. Lorde flashes a smile while putting her left arm around Goulding. "post show w this lil darling," Lorde captioned the PDA pic.
In turn, Goulding posted an Instagram photo of Lorde planting a smooch on her cheek on her page at the same time. Cute!
Meanwhile, Lorde recently opened up about turning down the opportunity to tour with Katy Perry as the opening act. And no, there's no beef between the artists.
"In the really early stages of an artist's career, it's important for them to establish themselves for themselves. I'm just basically really stubborn and I want to be really independent," Lorde told an Australian radio station. "So I want to be headlining my own shows instead of supporting someone else. Which I think is fair enough."
It certainly didn't hurt Lorde. She started her sold-out tour earlier this month.
