Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears and Cristiano Ronaldo are the latest celebs to do great things for those less fortunate.

Cyrus helped make a sick fan's dreams come true by inviting her backstage after the singer's concert earlier this week. Miley met with Lulu Martinez, a young girl who is battling leukaemia for the second time.

Martinez's sister recently launched a Twitter campaign using the phrase "MileytoLulu," hoping to get the attention of Bangerz singer and it worked. Miley and Lulu met after Cyrus' Saint Paul, Minn., show.

Martinez told local reporters, "(I was) screaming, (couldn't) breathe, (saying), 'Is this actually happening?' It was memorable. It was nice. She just asked how we were and she said she liked my shirt. I'll probably brag about it at school until I graduate and then after I get married too...

"At first I wasn't feeling good and I'm like, 'I'm going to meet Miley and I'm going to puke and she's going to remember me as the girl who puked', but I didn't puke. I was all good. It went smooth."

Meanwhile, Spears paid a visit to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles on Tuesday. The hospital's Twitter account posted a photo of Brit Brit coloring with patients and wrote, "Art therapy w/ @britneyspears was a blast. Thanks for visiting, Britney!"

Spears responded, "@ChildrensLA I had the best time, thank you for having me!! xox."

According to the hospital, Britney joined three patients on their art therapy journey, which focused on the topic, "What it feels like to be away from home."

After the art therapy session, Spears made her way to The Heart Institute, the Medical/Surgical unit and the Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases and help boost spirits of several children who were too ill to attend art therapy.

Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo was asked to donate his cleats for a charity auction benefiting a 10-month-old child suffering from a brain disorder, but the celeb did a lot more than that.

In fact, Ronaldo has reportedly offered to pay the full $83,000 cost of surgery for Erik Ortiz Cruz, who suffers from cortical dysplasia, a condition that can lead to as many as 30 seizures a day.

Now these are some celeb do-gooders.
