The burly Avatar star was photographed leaving a Sydney grocery store on Wednesday and chugging the sweet tasty beverage.
At one point, the 37-year-old actor kept the little bottle lodged in his mouth as he carried several bags of various items as well as a yogurt cup with fruit.
Worthington, who was spotted sans ladylove Lara Bingle, looked casual during the morning outing in a navy T-shirt, dark jeans, a black jacket and black sneakers. He was also wearing a simple band on that finger.
Worthington has kept a low-profile since being formally charged with two counts of assault in the third degree as well as one count of harassment in New York City, after allegedly punching a photographer last month.
The Australian actor faces a maximum of one year in jail if found guilty on the charges.
He was also given a restraining order against Sheng Li, the paparazzo involved in the ordeal, and ordered not to contact Li in person, on the phone or through any social networks.
Worthington remained silent as he left the New York City courtroom surrounded by a team of lawyers.
