Emma Watson may have looked cool and collected when she presented at the Oscars with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, but the Harry Potter star was worried things wouldn't work out quite right.

"I'm a little nervous," Watson told me on the red carpet before the big show at the Dolby Theater. "I tried to wear shoes that weren't too crazy so I wouldn't worry that much about tripping."

"I always score my shoes and I put insoles in them because it's a long event," she said. "They can really hurt by the end of the night."

Filming the upcoming Noah with Russell Crowe and Jennifer Connelly for director Darren Aronofsky certainly wasn't always comfortable.

"There's a lot of action but thankfully I didn't get hurt," Watson said. "I was really just wet a lot, rained on a lot."

Fortunately, for as much as action as there was, Watson didn't have to do much.

"My character doesn't do that many stunts," she said. "It's the boys that do that stuff, so I just kind of watched the boys get hurt."

Hurricane Sandy interrupted production when it struck the East Coast two years ago. Two massive ships built for the movie were housed in Brooklyn and Oyster Bay, N.Y.

Watson tweeted at the time, "I take it that the irony of a massive storm holding up the production of Noah is not lost @DarrenAronofsy @russellcrowe."
