Katie Holmes' fashion line Holmes & Yang is no more.

The actress and her longtime stylist Jeanne Yang are ending their partnership, Holmes' rep confirmed to E! News.

"Katie and Jeanne had a wonderful experience with Holmes & Yang," the rep said in a statement. "They had planned on ending the line at this time."

Page Six, who was first to confirm the news, reported that the pair's line has ceased because of an "interpersonal conflict." Barneys New York is no longer selling any items from Holmes & Yang.

The brand was launched in 2009 and the duo showed their spring 2013 Holmes & Yang collection during New York's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in September 2012. Katie and Jeanne opted for a smaller presentation, where the models wear the designer's fashions but stand in place, allowing fashion's elite to walk around them and take it all in.

"It's really exciting, Holmes gushed to E! News at New York Fashion Week in September 2013. "It's a wonderful thing to work and I'm very inspired by my partner Jeanne Yang, she's a wonderful designer and we had a great presentation. It was actually very relaxed and we really enjoyed ourselves."
