I guess it's safe to say that Fifty Shades of Grey is a hit?

We're kidding, we know that the trilogy is one of the most-talked about series of books around, especially considering that 100 million copies have been sold worldwide.

That milestone puts author E.L. James into the same successful category as Ian Fleming, who wrote the James Bond series.

The book sold over 45 million copies in the United States alone, and has been published in 51 languages around the world including: Mongolian, Icelandic, Hebrew, Korean, Latvian, Serbian, Lithuanian and Thai.

But let's put things into perspective, people.

Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series boasts 120 million copies sold, while The Da Vinci Code has become a hit with over 200 million.

But wait! There's more!

J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books top the literary list with over 450 million copies sold. Whoa.

But we have a sneaking suspicion that sales will go up shortly before the Fifty Shades feature film comes out.

Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan just wrapped filming in Vancouver after a nonstop schedule for the last several weeks.

A movie poster for the upcoming flick was released showing Dornan standing in an office with the tagline, "Mr. Grey Will See You Now."

The film is due to hit theaters, quite appropriately, on Valentine's Day in 2015.
