Actress talks newlywed life, says she "couldn't be happier"

It's been almost two months since Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and Ryan Sweeting got married, and she still can't stop gushing about her new hubby.

During a visit to CBS This Morning earlier today, the Big Bang Theory actress gushed about newlywed life and why she decided to take on her man's sweet last name.

"I felt like I really wanted to do that, I felt it was a respectful thing to do," Cuoco said, adding that she's "so happy." "And it happens to be an adorable last name, so that helped!"

The blond beauty and her tennis-playing beau only dated for three months for getting engaged last year. "We both knew," Cuoco-Sweeting explained. "I've been in previous relationships with great people that I just never saw that end in marriage. I knew it wasn't the right thing. "

She went on, "Ryan and I met and it was completely hearts in our eyes and I get emotional talking about it because he's the most wonderful person in the world. We couldn't be happier. Truly, we couldn't be happier. It was meant to be."

Last month, Sweeting gushed about newlywed life, saying, "It's amazing...We couldn't be happier. It's the best moments of my life."
