Alec Baldwin released a 5,284-word essay for New York magazine, as told to Joe Hagan, where he said "goodbye to public life" and announced plans to move to California. "I've lived this for 30 years, I'm done with it."

Along with blasting the media and saying, "This is the last time I'm going to talk about my personal life in an American publication ever again," the piece, which was released today, also slams fellow stars Shia LaBeouf, Anderson Cooper, Rachel Maddow and more.

And now, Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have released an "official statement"—through their adorable daughter Carmen.

The yoga teacher posted a sweet photo of the couple's daughter (who had a bit of drool running down her chin) wearing a bib that said, "I love my Daddy."

Hilaria captioned the picture, "Our official statement is coming from the most eloquent & intelligent of our clan: Carmen @iamabfalecbaldwin." Awww!

After releasing their "official statement," Hilaria went back to sharing her clever yoga pose for the day, this time with the help of new late-night talk show host Seth Meyers. "Every talk show host needs the right desk & chair. Good luck @sethmeyers @latenightseth #LNSM #hilariaypd #yogapostureoftheday #tuneintonight," she wrote withe a photo of herself doing a table pose on an actual table in front of Meyers.

Wonder what pose tomorrow will bring?
